Just a reminder that there will be a two hour early dismissal today, Monday, April 8th. The high school will dismiss around 12:30 p.m. and the elementary school around 1:15 p.m.

BLOOM-VERNON COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR

The 34th Annual Bloom-Vernon Community Health Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., in the South Webster High School gymnasium.

Several health related agencies and area hospitals are confirmed to participate.

The American Red Cross will also be conducting a “Blood Drive” from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. You may register to donate blood by contacting Rodney Barnett at 740-778-0001. Walk-ins will also be accepted.

Participants can receive various tests, screens and information just by simply attending. Again, this year, a mammography bus will be present for those having made prior arrangements. To schedule an appointment for a mammogram contact Bloom-Vernon Nurse, Katie Allard, at 740-778-2339.

If your agency would like to participate or if you would like specific information you are encouraged to contact event coordinator, Mr. Rodney Barnett, at 778-0001, during school hours or any evening at 778-2110.
