From Mrs. Hempill, 4th Grade:
I just wanted you to know that we set our Blessing Box in front of the South Webster Post Office today. Three students (Clayton, Sidney, and Laiken) attended the village council meeting last night and brought their proposal to the mayor and council. They were all in favor of the students' idea and told us we could put it up today...so we did!
The fourth graders have around $500 to stock the Blessing Box, and we will take care of that in the next couple of days. Our goal is to put information out on social media for the community so they will know how they can take part in our project. We want people to be able to take a blessing, and leave a blessing.
Thank you all for encouraging our students to be active members of our community. We appreciate you very much!
