Whether you are choosing virtual or in-person schooling for your child, students entering Kindergarten, 7th Grade and 12th Grade have required immunizations.
Kindergarten: Students entering Kindergarten typically need to have vaccinations right before starting school. Please make sure your child's shot record is up to date and an updated copy is provided to the school no later than Monday, August 17th. If you are unsure whether your child's shot record is up-to-date please contact your child's pediatrician.
7th Grade: Incoming 7th Grade students are required, by law, to have Tdap and meningitis vaccines. Please make sure that your child has received these and an updated copy of your child's shot record is provided to the school no later than Monday, August 17th. Contact your child's pediatrician or Health Department for questions.
12th Grade: Incoming 12th Grade students are required, by law, to have a meningitis vaccine or a meningitis booster. Please make sure that your child has received this and an updated copy of your child's shot record is provided to the school no later than Monday, August 17th. Contact your child's pediatrician or the Health Department for questions.
