Weekly Wrap-Up, April 7th

Good morning Jeep Nation and happy Friday! We started our state testing this week. Throughout the district we have seen students and teachers going above and beyond helping each other prepare for tests. The amount of positivity from both groups has been outstanding! We know you guys are going to do great.

We will be updating the Honor Roll on the website in the next few days so keep an eye out for that!

The ACT will be given tomorrow at the high school (April 8th) Do not forget to bring a photo ID. If you do not have one, please see Mrs. Slack in the guidance office.

Last week, Mrs. Jane Raison did a diorama project with her 5th grade science class. We have added a picture at the top of this news post to show one of them. They really were outstanding. Great job Mrs. Raison!

We have a three day week next week and then we have our Spring Break period. There will be no school April 13th-17th. Enjoy that break; our students have earned it after the first small round of testing. When we come back the elementary school will be starting their state math testing and the high school will be starting End of Course exams soon after.

Prom:

Prom is coming up on April 28th. Grand March signups are in the office. If you wish to bring someone from another school, you need to get a form from the office signed by that school’s administration. Faxed copies will not be accepted. People 21 or older or home-schooled students will not be accepted into prom as well.

Juniors who did not sell their 2 boxes of candy bars owe $45.00 in dues. Seniors who did not sell last year owe the same amount.

Well Jeep Nation I think that does it. We will be back on Monday with our weekly update but until then, as always…GO JEEPS!
