The Jeeps Track team had a great showing at the District Meet at Southeastern High School. The top 4 places move on to the regional meet at Fairfield Union this Wednesday and Friday. Mason Blizzard won the 1600M and took 4th in the 800M. Josiah Edwards finished 2nd in the Disc and Justin Stone finished 4th in the 200M. The 4x100M team (Laz Chapman, Justin Stone, Nehemiah Shirkey, DeAngelo Thompson) finished 3rd and the 4x200M ( Stone, Jesse Bramblett, Shirkey, Thompson) walked away with a 4th place finish. Overall it was a great showing for the team. Prelims in the Sprints and relays along with the Disc will be contested Wednesday evening. Friday the distance events (1600 and 800) along with sprint finals. Good luck to all JEEPS competing at the Regional Meet.
