On Monday, Rochel Wolfe spoke to the psychology classes about the psychology of color. Rochel recently started her own business, Rochel Wolfe Design and Consulting, located in McDemott, Ohio. She explained why people are attracted to certain colors and shared how colors and color combinations can be used to create certain moods in a room. She shared her experiences with designing large hospitals and schools and taught the students about hidden subliminal messages in design, such as the layout of the tiles on the floor and the blocking of colors on the walls. Students were surprised to learn why certain color combinations are used in different restaurants. Many of the students took Rochel's business card with hopes of having her design their future homes!
