What a great day to be a Jeep! Jeep soccer is in the SWEET 16 and has made it to the regional semi-final to face Northwest, yes the Scioto county team Northwest. It’s going to be a SOC I vs. SOC II showdown at Waverly next Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. That has to say something about the quality of soccer play in our region. Two teams in the Sweet 16 that come from the same county, it’s going to be an awesome game. A picture can be seen above of our winning team. Thank you to Jill Ruth for the picture!
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held next week on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be a dinner break for teachers beginning at 5:00 p.m. There will be a financial aid workshop for seniors and their families in Group Teaching beginning at 6:00 p.m. There will be no school for students on Thursday, and no school for students and staff on Friday.
The book fair is going to start on Monday and run through November 8th. We saw some pretty good selections for sale. Proceeds will go to buying new books for our library.
Reminder that the ACT is being administered tomorrow morning here at South Webster High School. Don’t forget all of your supplies and photo ID.
