Good morning Jeep Nation and it’s Wednesday! We have a few tidbits of news to get out to everyone. So here we go.

The ACT is this Saturday, October 28th. Make sure to have your photo ID on you for the test.

Mrs. Hykes and Mrs. Ellsesser have been invited to bring 4 students to Vermont this summer in regards to the Dreamland project. The classes have also been doing TED talks and should be available on the school website in the next 10-15 days due to editing.

There will be a financial aid meeting next Thursday, November 2nd at 6:00 p.m. during parent/teacher conferences. This meeting is for seniors and their parents.

Mrs. Darcee Claxon sent us some news and it’s got some current and former Jeep volleyball players.

1st Team SOC-Hannah Spurgeon

2nd Team SOC-Liz Rockwell and Olivia Messer

1st Team District 14-Hannah Spurgeon

2nd Team District 14-Olivia Messer

Haley Potters, former Lady Jeep, plays for Ohio Northern who is ranked 21st in Division III NCAA volleyball. She ranks 19th nationally in blocks and second in her conference in aces.

6th grade volleyball won the Caldwell tournament this past weekend.

Thank you Mrs. Claxon for all of that. It seems that our volleyball players past, present and future are burning it up!

Mrs. Collins is having a book fair in the high school library October 30th-November 8th during school hours. The book fair will also be open during parent/teacher conferences next week. All proceeds will go to purchasing new books for the high school library. So come on in and take a look.

That’s all we have for today. We will see you again soon for news, sports and updates. Have a great rest of your week and as always…GO JEEPS!
