Good morning Jeep Nation and Happy Monday! We are back with some news and some events going on this week. Let’s get started.
Tim Horton’s Camp is this week. Here is the rundown:
Monday-Medicine drop off in the elementary school office-3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. There will also be lice checks during school.
Tuesday-Departure will be at 6:30 a.m. Students need to be there at that time with one bag.
Friday-Students will return between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Parents please be at the school by 5:00 p.m.
Teacher Fundraiser Week is happening now. Teachers are selling items all week to raise money for the end of year rally. We would like to take the time to thank all the teachers participating in the event.
Volleyball has three games this week. They will be away at West on Tuesday, home vs. Jackson on Wednesday, and away at Northwest on Thursday. All games start at 5:30 p.m.
Soccer also has three games this week. They will be away at Minford on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. They will be home vs. Clay on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Their final game of the week will be at Logan at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Cross Country will be running at the Last Chance Rumble on Saturday at Ironton Middle School. That meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Looking ahead, picture day will be the Tuesday-Thursday of next week. The elementary will be Tuesday and Wednesday, and the high school will be Thursday. The end of Quarter 1 will be October 20th.
